Compact power boiler with quiet, clean combustion

The Novumax PM-HR is an innovative high-efficiency boiler for applications where high capacities are combined with low emissions and a compact design. Thanks to premix Low-NOₓ combustion, the boiler achieves emission levels of only 20–50 mg/Nm³ (at λ = 1.3–1.5), with completely flame-pulse-free operation that significantly reduces noise and vibration.

With a capacity range from 575 to 2,650 kW and HR107 efficiency through advanced counter-flow condensing technology, the PM-HR delivers reliable performance with exceptionally low gas consumption. The boiler’s very compact design makes it ideal for installations with limited space.

The specially developed stainless steel heat exchanger ensures optimal heat transfer and long service life. Thanks to its service-friendly design — including easily accessible inspection openings — maintenance can be carried out quickly and efficiently.

Smart premix technology for quiet and compact performance – powerful, flexible, and easy to use

Thanks to premix combustion, gas and air are precisely mixed and gently ignited on a metal fiber cylinder. This results in a very quiet, uniform flame, where:

• The flame temperature remains low, significantly reducing NOₓ formation

• No flame pulsations occur, resulting in substantially lower noise levels

• The spatial burner is smaller, leading to a more compact boiler design without compromising capacity

The stainless steel heat exchanger ensures optimal flue gas-to-water heat transfer, with low material stress and high corrosion resistance. Combined with HR107 condensing technology, this guarantees high efficiency and reliability.
